Presbyterian Women

PW at Unity:

  • Meets in small groups called “Circles” where faith is nurtured and growth takes place through worship, study, prayer, friendship and outreach; 
  • Elects its own leadership – the Presbyterian Women Coordinating Team (PWCT); 
  • Determines its own budget; 
  • Plans and implements yearly programming which includes a fall Women’s Spiritual Retreat, a Ladies Luncheon, two celebration giving events and special ministries to the congregation and community; 
  • Supports the mission of the PCUSA worldwide through education and financial and material gifts; 
  • Preserves historical records of PW.

New Horizons Circle

Meeting Details
This Circle meets at 10:00 a.m on the 1st Thursday of the month in Room 210.

New Horizons Circle continues to support the traditions of Presbyterian Women and the Horizons Bible Study.  We will nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study, support the mission of the church in the global community, work for justice and peace and build an inclusive, caring, community of women to strengthen our church.  We will support the college students, shut-ins and and sponsor Unity Post at Christmas.

Meeting Details
This Circle meets at 7:00 p.m. on the 1st Monday of the month in the Fellowship Hall Parlor.

A busy, service-oriented group of women defines the Tony Dehler Circle. Monthly meetings involve prayer, Bible study and the support of college students and shutins.  This Circle sponsors the Christmas Auction, equally benefiting the Fort Mill Care Center and the Nutrition Center, as well as establishing and contributing to the Hugh White Educational Scholarship Fund.
