Nursery

The Unity Nursery is designed to provide a safe and loving environment for babies and young children while their parents are participating in Worship, Sunday School and some special events. We provide nursery care during both the 8:45 am and 11:00 am Worship Services and during Sunday School (10:00 am – 10:45 am) on Sunday mornings. We also provide nursery for various special services and events on an as needed basis.

After the children’s message during both worship services, children who are 4 (before September 1) through 1st grade are invited to participate in a special worship opportunity. Children in Worship is a special place where children can come to encounter God, be still with God, listen to God and nurture their spiritual life.

Training is offered for new volunteers on a regular basis. Contact Kathryn McGregor at 803.547.5543 or KMcGregor@UnityFortMill.org to inquire about our next training. Children's Sunday School

Age appropriate Sunday school is offered each week for children 2 and up at 10:00 am. A nursery is provided for those younger than two. A team of caring adults leads each class. We seek to provide a place where children feel they belong and are important to the life of the church. In Sunday school, children learn through Bible stories and related activities. Sunday school is a place where children experience the love of Jesus Christ and learn ways to share his love with others.

Schedule:
2 year olds – Room S103 – “Wee Children @ Church”
3 year olds – Room S102 – “God Loves Me”
4K/5K – Room M203 – “Seasons of the Spirit”
